CGI International Ltd has been involved in clear fire glasses
for over 15 years, initially in the UK with specially tempered
glass. From experience, we know that even in a small territory
like the UK, delivery times and logistics can be problematic.
For an area the size of North America the problems are multiplied.
Pyroguard Clear Fire-Rated Glass uses 2 external faces of
1/8" float filled with a special resin which provides
the following features:
Pyroguard Clear, 5/16" (7.2mm) thick transparent laminated
glazing for use in any flush wood cored doors or any steel-stiffened
steel faced doors rated up to 20 minutes without hose stream.
For use in Anemostat LoPro Vision Light Kit or proprietary
steel door manufacturer's glazing bead.
Meeting CPSC 1201-98 Category I and 18" impact per
ANSI-A97.1-84.
